I'm working with an M&E contractor delivering full mechanical and electrical design & installation across London and the M25, now looking to bring in an Estimator to support their growing pipeline. They operate across residential, co-living, PRS, schools and commercial fit-out schemes, covering full MEP packages from design through to delivery.

- Strong pipeline across Central, North & West London + Essex
- Projects include residential developments, schools, offices and fit-out
- In-house design capability across RIBA stages 1–5
- Small, close-knit team with a hands-on approach
The Role
- Pricing and estimating full M&E packages
- Working across ductwork, air conditioning, mechanical and plumbing
- Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Supporting pre-construction and tender submissions
- Working across multiple projects simultaneously
- Liaising with internal teams and clients
