Due to continued workload and the need for immediate support, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor on either a permanent or freelance basis to join their close-knit commercial team.

- Taking commercial responsibility across live projects, reporting into the Commercial Director
- Supporting James, who also undertakes surveying duties
- Managing subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Completing project documentation and commercial handover paperwork

Current Projects
- 33-unit residential scheme (£7m) – 6 weeks remaining before spend-stop in early September
- 95-unit residential phase – due to commence immediately afterwards (18-month programme)
- £5m car showroom, Billingshurst, West Sussex
