Position: Site Manager

Location: Basingstoke

Rate: £220 - £250 per day (CIS or LTD)

Type: Temporary assignment, 12 weeks, starting 14th July 2025

Client: A large-scale Main Contractor specializing in public sector works including schools, social housing, and other local authority projects.

Project: Refurbishment works of storage units including grid ceiling light replacements, air conditioning upgrades, builders works, partitions, fire doors, creation of kitchenette, flooring.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certifications
  • Team player but capable of working independently
  • Good eye for detail
  • Health and Safety focused
