The Project:

Demolition & £4m New Build Car Showroom Workshop in Farnborough.

The Role:

We are looking for a No1 Site Manager, someone who can take projects from Demo to handover reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager. They need someone who is competent managing sub-contractors and out of the Ground new build projects. Must have expertise in New Build / Groundworks / Steel Frame / Cladding.

You will be:

  • Defending the programme from delay.
  • Keeping H&S on track.
  • Reporting Progress.
  • Client Liaison.

What You Will Need:

  • New Build experience - work out of the Ground.
  • Steel Frame / Cladding.
  • Experience in the Industrial Sector - ideally Car showrooms.
  • Ideally Trade background.

Required Certifications:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
