Ready to take ownership of both pre-con and live projects? A top-tier main contractor is looking for a Senior Planner to lead the charge on tenders and live construction planning across a range of high-quality projects. You\’ll be the senior voice in a tight-knit planning team, overseeing a couple of junior planners, shaping programmes from bid stage through to delivery. Split your time between HQ in Cheshunt (2 days), live sites (2 days), and 1 day from home taking ownership of projects from day one and seeing them through to the finish. The Projects: • Diverse portfolio including healthcare, industrial, commercial and MOD • All design & build, up to £80m • Regional focus mostly London and Home Counties What They\’re Looking For: • Senior Planner with Tier 1 contractor background • Confident producing and presenting tender programmes, methodologies, logistics, etc. • Experience with healthcare, MOD, industrial or commercial schemes • Comfortable mentoring and managing junior planners The Company: This is a major name in UK construction but not a faceless giant. You\’ll join a close-knit team where your input is valued, not drowned out. With a healthy pipeline and a genuine focus on flexibility and staff development, it\’s a place where good planners stick around.
