Opportunity to work with one of the most successful developers in the country on a flagship project in Kent. All units feature high-end finishes, with some resale values exceeding £1,000,000. The project is on schedule, and the role does not involve troubleshooting other teams\’ mistakes.

We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a large residential scheme, primarily at 1st or 2nd fix stage. The successful candidate will support the Site Manager and should have residential experience on similar projects. The role requires the ability to manage a plot independently and deliver results.
