I’m working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team across a long-term pipeline of planned maintenance, refurbishment and improvement works across London.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced QS who understands framework-led contracting and wants responsibility across projects from procurement through to final account.
The Role
- Commercial management of planned maintenance and refurbishment projects
- Preparing budgets and managing target costs
- Procurement and management of subcontract packages
- Valuations, applications for payment and subcontractor payments
- Monthly cost reconciliations, forecasts and commercial reporting
- Managing variations, contractual claims and final accounts

- Long-term London framework programme
- Planned maintenance and component replacement
- Refurbishment and retrofit
- Fire safety and remediation works
- Projects ranging from £1m to £5m+
- Secured framework running through to 2030
