I'm working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor due to continued project growth and a strong pipeline of secured work. They're open to someone operating as a strong Project QS looking to step up, or someone already working at Quantity Surveyor level who wants greater responsibility and project ownership.
The Role
- Commercial management of residential and commercial construction projects
- Procurement of subcontract packages and supply chain management
- Measurement and quantification of works
- Managing valuations, variations, CVRs and final accounts
- Working closely with operational and delivery teams
- Supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Site visits across multiple projects as required
