I'm working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor due to continued project growth and a strong pipeline of secured work. They're open to someone operating as a strong Project QS looking to step up, or someone already working at Quantity Surveyor level who wants greater responsibility and project ownership.

The Role

  • Commercial management of residential and commercial construction projects
  • Procurement of subcontract packages and supply chain management
  • Measurement and quantification of works
  • Managing valuations, variations, CVRs and final accounts
  • Working closely with operational and delivery teams
  • Supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Site visits across multiple projects as required

  • Multiple projects currently progressing through PCSA
  • New build and refurbishment schemes
  • Commercial visitor centre project
