This is a hands-on commercial role where you will take ownership of live projects and work closely with delivery teams on technically demanding schemes — from heavy cut & carve to façade retention and high-end office fit outs. You will be part of a tight-knit, design-focused contractor with a strong technical reputation and direct leadership from experienced commercial professionals.
Responsibilities
- Take full commercial responsibility for live refurbishment and structural projects (£8m-£30m value).
- Manage procurement, subcontractor accounts, and valuations from pre-construction through to final account.
- Lead cost reporting, forecasting, and CVRs with oversight from the Commercial Manager.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure delivery aligns with budgets and programmes.
- Contribute to tendering and pre-con responsibilities as the business grows.
