A well-established contractor with a growing pipeline of high-end residential schemes is looking to appoint a Freelance Design Manager for a £20m one-off new build in Virginia Water. This is a site-based role, working alongside the PM and commercial team, focused on driving design through delivery on a technically detailed scheme.
The Role
- Managing design from pre-con through to delivery
- Coordination of consultants, subcontractors & stakeholders
- Driving buildability, programme and technical resolution
- Working closely with PM and commercial team
- Managing RFIs, design changes and technical queries
