The candidate we are looking for is someone who can prove longevity experience working as an Externals Envelope Manager across varied sectors. The candidate would have ultimate responsibility for managing the Externals Envelope Package reporting back to the Project Manager. The candidate must be used to managing large scale labour levels of 400+.
