My client is a specialist contractor delivering high-quality stone masonry, restoration, conservation, and refurbishment projects across heritage, commercial, and prestigious residential developments.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong stone masonry background to oversee site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors and direct labour, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring stonework and restoration works are completed in accordance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate stone masonry, restoration, and associated trades.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Monitor health and safety compliance on site.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage site logistics, materials, and labour allocation.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred.
- First Aid qualification desirable.
