Join an established main contractor delivering a mix of residential and commercial projects across the South East and East of England. This is a hands-on Project Quantity Surveyor role offering genuine ownership of live schemes, close collaboration with delivery teams, and exposure across both housing and commercial builds.

You’ll be office-based day to day, with regular visits to live projects to stay close to delivery.

The Role

  • Take commercial responsibility for live residential and commercial projects (£5m–£15m)
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, accounts, valuations, and variations
  • Produce cost reports, forecasts, and CVRs for senior management review
  • Work closely with Project Managers and site teams to control cost and risk
  • Support projects from pre-construction through to final account
  • Office-based role with regular visits to live sites (typically weekly)
