A very well-established main contractor is looking for a Regional Manager to build and lead a £20m–£30m super-prime residential division in the South West. This is not volume housing. No standard details. No stripping the character out to save a few quid. Think £6m new builds, £10m listed refurbishments, £20m private estates - all bespoke, all one-off, all quietly impressive.
The business has an excellent name, a strong pipeline, and a habit of winning about 1 in every 2 tenders (which, as you’ll know, is annoyingly good). Would suit someone based around Bath / Yeovil / Dorchester area, who would love the appeal of essentially running your own business, just with the backing, balance sheet and brand of a serious contractor - rather than learning the hard way and working every hour under the sun.
This role could also be known within other businesses as a construction director, construction manager, regional director or regional manager.
If this sounds like your sort of role, you’ll already know whether it’s worth a conversation.
