You’ll play a key commercial role within a small, established team — leading on procurement, cost reporting, and subcontract management across multiple live sites.
The Role
- Manage commercial duties across multiple residential projects (up to £15m)
- Lead procurement, tendering, and subcontract account management
- Prepare cost reports, CVRs, and monthly valuations
- Support the Senior QS and Commercial Consultant on financial forecasting
- Attend site meetings and liaise with delivery teams to track progress and costs
