This building contractor covers a range of services including construction, refurbishment/fit out, and maintenance. They work within the following sectors: leisure, commercial, residential, retail, health, and education.
Due to recent contract wins, they are looking for two Site Managers to run a £2.5m full strip out and refurbishment works of a Vehicle Depot in Swindon. We are looking for someone with knowledge of similar projects and a CV showing completing jobs from day 1 to completion.

- Refurb experience
