Site Manager – (Externals) Woking £260 – £290 cis Temporary Contract Client: A main contractor which bases their work around London and surrounding areas – with around 200 million pound turn over. Majority of their work are unique new build residential scheme. Project: Large Residential Scheme – External Soft and Hard Landscaping, metal works, podium, Job opportunity: We are looking for a strong assistant / site manager for around 6 months with a potential of going temp to perm. We need a keen individual who is willing to learn and already has some existing experience in these areas. The Manager be / have: • Must Have: SMSTS – CSCS – FIRST AID • Soft and Hard Landscaping experience on residential project for a main contractor or developer to be considered • Similar projects shown on their CV. • Able to work on their own initiative. • Health and Safety focused.
