- Longevity experience as a Site Manager across varied sectors on projects up to £2m value.
- Full site operations management experience.
- Experience managing client and Principal Contractor relationships.
The contractor predominantly covers Healthcare projects, specifically standard NHS fitouts of Wards. Experience as a Site Manager within the Healthcare sector is essential, along with great attention to detail in design and managing M&E packages in a high-paced, fully operational live environment.
Responsibilities and client wish list for the Site Manager include:
- CSCS card relevant to their position.
- A construction-related degree, HNC/HND or NVQ Level 4 (highly desirable).
- SMSTS or equivalent (highly desirable).
