Senior Site Manager wanted to help deliver a £16m scheme in Finchley: 20+ apartments above commercial space, with the commercial area being the client’s future Headquarters. High-end fit out in the commercial area means flawless finishes are mandatory.
You’ll be leading a team across QA, programme, and finishes. Some days you’ll be gently reminding a painter that one more touch really is necessary. Other days, the tiler will argue that grout doesn’t need to be that straight.
You’ll be the sort of Senior Site Manager who:
- Has time spent with previous main contractors - stability counts.
- Has an exceptional eye for detail and can spot a misaligned tile from across the site.
- Can lead QA, programme, and finishes while keeping the team sane.
- Smiles while insisting that every wall, ceiling, and joinery line is perfect.
- Knows that the client may not be in the building yet, but their first board meeting will be unforgiving.
The company is a grown-up main contractor with a reputation for delivering complex schemes across London and the Home Counties. They have a £120m turnover, are growing steadily, and are focused on quality delivery and developing the next generation of construction leaders.
If the thought of running a project that will soon host serious board meetings - and keeping it perfect until the client arrives - makes you grin rather than groan, give me a call for a discreet chat.
