The Role
- Lead surveying on projects valued up to £10 million
- Manage and direct a small team, with day-to-day leadership responsibilities
- Attend and lead Commercial Variation Requests (CVRs), contract valuations, and applications
- Take ownership of procurement and subcontractor matters, reviewing contract derogations and commercial risks
- Report and updates to the Commercial Director and board level
- Drive challenging financial project controls and margin protection

- Cut and carve refurbishments
- Structural alterations (strong structural knowledge essential)
- High-value building services installations (up to £3m)
