I am working directly with a residential contractor who is looking to appoint a freelance Quantity Surveyor for a major residential development in Welwyn Garden City. This is an immediate requirement on a live 24m scheme.
The Role
- Working on a 24m residential development comprising approximately 100 units across two residential blocks
- Reporting into the Commercial Manager
- Managing valuations, variations, subcontractor accounts and commercial reporting
- Identifying and maximising commercial opportunities across the project
- Supporting cost control and financial performance through to project completion
- Site-based role with close involvement in project delivery
- Immediate start available
