I am working with a residential contractor who is looking to appoint either a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor due to continued project workload across Essex and South London. This is a hands-on commercial role managing multiple residential projects simultaneously, offering genuine responsibility and direct involvement with project delivery teams.
The Role
- Commercial management of 2-3 live residential projects
- Managing procurement, valuations, variations, CVRs and final accounts
- Working closely with site and project management teams
- Supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Office-based role with regular site visits
- Exposure across apartment developments, residential extensions and high-end residential schemes

- 20-apartment residential development in Essex
- High-spec residential development in Westridge
