This is a hands-on Project Quantity Surveyor role offering genuine ownership of live schemes, close collaboration with delivery teams, and exposure across both housing and commercial builds.
You’ll be office-based day to day, with regular visits to live projects to stay close to delivery.
The Role
- Take commercial responsibility for live residential and commercial projects (£5m–£15m+)
- Manage subcontractor procurement, accounts, valuations, and variations
- Produce cost reports, forecasts, and CVRs for senior management review
- Work closely with Project Managers and site teams to control cost and risk
- Support projects from pre-construction through to final account
- Office-based role with regular visits to live sites (typically weekly)
