Projects range from roughly £300k to £2m with a longer-term target turnover of £10m - but profit and quality matter more than pretending turnover is a personality trait.
They are looking for someone commercially strong who understands the numbers side of construction properly. QS, estimating and some contracts management (that’s more of a bonus) - ideally someone who can cover multiple areas, although they are open-minded on structure for the right person. The owner currently still has his hands in surveying.
