This project requires a permanent Project Director to lead the team on a £70m new build of 34+ high-end apartments in Highgate. 2-year duration, from start to finish, leading a team of circa 15. This is an immediate role.
4 new blocks, the apartments will be valued around £4/5m each with similar specs, and the complex itself will contain swimming pool, spa area, terraces, landscaped areas, brickwork, stone, slate roof etc. The Project Director would be expected to lead a management team of Design Managers, commercial staff, 2 x Project Managers, Site Managers and the Logistics team.
