I’m working with a growing contractor delivering works across local authority and framework-led projects, who are looking to strengthen their commercial team with both Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors.
This would suit commercially minded surveyors who are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and want genuine responsibility within a supportive team structure.
The Role
- Managing commercial and contractual responsibilities from pre-con through to final account
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Valuations, cost reporting, forecasting and financial control
- Working closely with operational teams, subcontractors and clients
- Identifying cost-saving and value engineering opportunities
- Supporting wider commercial strategy and project delivery
