I'm working with a specialist remediation contractor who are looking to strengthen their commercial team with both Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors, supporting the delivery of major façade remediation and fire safety projects across London and the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of secured work, delivering projects from procurement through to final account.

The Role

  • Commercial management of cladding remediation and façade replacement projects
  • Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
  • CVRs, valuations, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Managing variations, change control and final accounts
  • Working closely with operational teams, consultants and clients
  • Supporting commercial delivery from pre-construction through to project completion
