I'm working with a growing construction consultancy looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to become the MD's right hand in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business. They're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, personable and enjoys being involved in the wider business—not just managing a diary.
The Role
- Managing the MD's diary, meetings and day-to-day priorities
- Coordinating travel, logistics and meeting schedules
- Preparing presentations, pitch documents and meeting packs
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and following up actions
- Organising quarterly company events and internal initiatives
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers and stakeholders
- Anticipating priorities, solving problems and helping keep the business running smoothly
What they're looking for
- Previous PA, Executive Assistant or Office Manager experience, or someone from a fast-paced customer-facing background such as estate agency, recruitment, sales or hospitality
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Confident, personable and able to build relationships quickly
- IT savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly
- Proactive, resilient and willing to take ownership
