Site Manager Role for a traditional building contractor, with an excellent name, who allow you the autonomy to deliver projects from start to finish, without the excessive red tape and typical tier 1 protocols.
The Candidate
The candidate we are looking for is someone who can prove longevity experience working as a Site Manager across varied sectors, on projects up to £2m value. The candidate would be responsible for full site operations, as well as managing client & Principal Contractor.
The Project
The contractor operating in and around Oxfordshire predominantly covers Healthcare projects, which are standard NHS fitouts of Wards. They are looking for someone who has experience as a Site Manager within the Healthcare sector. Great attention to detail with design, managing M&E packages, in a high faced fully operational live environment.
Responsibilities
- CSCS card (relevant to their position)
- A construction related degree, HNC/HND or NVQ Level 4 are highly desirable.
- SMSTS or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Sound understanding and experience in the application of safety legislation and corporate safety procedures, including CDM.
- Good management and communication skills
- Good operational planning and time management skills
