With an in-house joinery workshop, they design, manufacture, and install bespoke packages, giving them full control over quality and delivery. Their portfolio includes fast-paced commercial and retail projects for premium clients, alongside major stadium fitouts and refurbishments. They are currently delivering works at Premier League stadiums and have secured multiple long-term partnerships, positioning them as a serious competitor to larger industry players. Following a strong year with a turnover of £26m (typically £20m), the business has a significant pipeline of work secured for 2026 and beyond.
The Role
Due to continued growth, a Contracts Manager is looking to be appointed to oversee multiple interior fitout projects nationwide. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where project values range from £50k to £12m. You will be responsible for managing several projects simultaneously, depending on scale, and ensuring delivery from pre-construction through to completion. This position offers a genuine opportunity for progression, with a clear pathway to Director level within the next 3–5 years as part of the company’s succession planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple fitout and refurbishment projects across the UK
- Manage Project Managers and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
