- We're looking for an experienced
- No.1 Site Manager to take full responsibility for a
3m project at a live manufacturing facility in Newcastle.
The role will see you managing the site from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme and ensuring work is delivered safely and to a high standard.
- Scope of works
- Concrete mezzanine
- Mini piling
- Internal fit-out
- Live manufacturing environment (although not the area they are working in)
We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of a project rather than simply supervising it.
Qualifications
- Experience as a
- No.1 Site Manager on projects in the
2m- 5m range.
- A main contractor background.
- Experience delivering industrial, manufacturing, commercial or refurbishment projects.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
- Strong organisational and subcontractor management skills.
Previous experience working within a live manufacturing or operational environment would be an advantage, although it's not essential.
