We're looking for a strong, site-based Project Manager to take ownership of an ongoing project for a major blue-chip client in the North East. The scheme is well progressed, with remaining works including second fix, lighting, M&E, fit-out and specialist installation works within a large industrial facility. This is less about standing on site with a clipboard and more about genuinely driving the job.
As Project Manager, you'll need to manage subcontractors, programme, H&S, quality and client expectations — and be comfortable dealing with a demanding corporate client where process, communication and diplomacy matter just as much as delivery.
We're looking for:
- Strong Project Manager / Senior Site Manager background
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Very strong Health & Safety experience
- Experience working within structured processes and procedures
- Able to be firm without creating a diplomatic incident
- Industrial, logistics, distribution or major fit-out experience ideal
