𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 | North East | 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 | 𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗣 We’re looking for a strong, site-based Project Manager to take ownership of an ongoing project for a major blue-chip client in the North East. The scheme is well progressed, with remaining works including second fix, lighting, M&E, fit-out and specialist installation works within a large industrial facility. This is less about standing on site with a clipboard and more about genuinely driving the job. As Project Manager, you’ll need to manage subcontractors, programme, H&S, quality and client expectations — and be comfortable dealing with a demanding corporate client where process, communication and diplomacy matter just as much as delivery. 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿: • Strong Project Manager / Senior Site Manager background • Excellent client-facing skills • Very strong Health & Safety • Experience working within structured processes and procedures • Able to be firm without creating a diplomatic incident • Industrial, logistics, distribution or major fit-out experience ideal Initial requirement is around 3 months, with substantial follow-on work planned and potential for the right Project Manager to remain involved well into 2027. This needs someone who can walk onto a live job, get hold of it quickly and make everyone feel like there’s a plan. Even better if there actually is one. Interested?
