I am seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end residential joinery projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver multiple joinery projects from award through to completion.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, architects, and designers.
- Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Attend and coordinate project and site meetings, issuing minutes and action points.
- Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with design, draughting, production, and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Carry out site surveys and regular site inspections.
- Manage project variations, valuations, payment applications, and associated documentation.
- Prepare RAMS and oversee quality control throughout manufacture and installation.
- Maintain accurate project records and issue O&M manuals upon project completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing high-end residential joinery projects.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of joinery manufacture, materials, and installation processes.
- Commercially aware with experience managing project budgets and variations.
- Proficient in digital project management and IT systems.
- Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
