Freelance position for 14 weeks in Cheshire (SK10), starting 11th June 2026. The principal contractor is converting two existing squash courts into a new spa facility comprising a sauna, plunge pool, and hydrotherapy pool.
The challenge is managing construction within a live hotel and country club where members expect peace, quiet, and a premium experience during demolition works, deliveries, and subcontractor management.
We are looking for a No.1 Site Manager with experience delivering projects in occupied environments. Understanding that managing people is just as important as managing the programme is essential.
The essentials:
- 14-week contract
- Start next Thursday, 7.30am – 5.30pm
- CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid required
- Own laptop and mobile phone
- Microsoft-compatible laptop preferred (SharePoint used throughout)
- Microsoft Project experience beneficial
- No holidays booked during the project
