An opportunity for a Technical Manager to join a well-established residential developer delivering a major housing scheme in South West London. Based on a live project, you'll take full ownership of technical design coordination across a large-scale residential development, overseeing consultants, managing design risk, and ensuring technical delivery from pre-construction through to site delivery and handover.

This role would suit an experienced Technical Manager or Senior Technical Manager with a strong residential background, confident running design teams and navigating complex planning, architectural, and engineering challenges.

The Role
  • Lead and manage the technical delivery of a large residential scheme from pre-construction through construction
  • Coordinate architects, structural and MEP engineers, and specialist consultants
  • Manage planning conditions, building regulations compliance, and technical approvals
  • Oversee design development, technical queries, and design risk management
  • Review and manage consultant information to ensure buildability and cost certainty
  • Support construction teams with technical input during delivery
  • Maintain design programmes, technical documentation, and approvals schedules
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and design intent are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
