After a standout first year with £2m in turnover, the business currently has five live projects and a strong pipeline ready for next year. You will work directly alongside the business owner, playing a key role in shaping the future of the company, with a clear route to progress into a Contracts Manager role within 2-3 years.
Your first project will be a £600k extension to a £3m occupied home in Twickenham, delivering premium quality work for High-Net-Worth clients. You will take full ownership of site delivery, ensuring exceptional standards, strong client relationships, and effective management of subcontractors from start to finish.
