A contractor with a strong and growing pipeline is looking to appoint Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors across multiple upcoming schemes. They have secured work across defence, education and residential sectors, with projects at various stages of delivery and more due to start.
The Business
- Established contractor delivering projects across defence (MOD), education and residential sectors
- Strong pipeline including major schemes (£60m+) and multiple mid-sized projects (£20m range)
- Also delivering low-rise residential schemes up to £10m
- Mix of traditional and modern construction methods, including offsite / modular elements
- Growing team with consistent workstreams and repeat opportunities
The Roles
- Opportunities for both Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors
- Involvement across full commercial lifecycle - procurement, CVRs, valuations, variations, reporting and final accounts
- Roles available across site and project-based teams depending on scheme
- Working closely with delivery teams across multiple live and upcoming projects

- QS / SQS with main contractor experience
- Comfortable working across multiple packages and live project environments
- Experience in education, residential or similar sectors preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to operate independently
- Willingness to undergo BPSS clearance (required for defence-related projects)
