360 Senior Recruitment Consultant – Construction - Trades & Labour
Opportunity to grow & develop a team
Location: London and / or Bedford
Start: ASAP
Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 & Fridays 08:00
OTE Example:
- Year one - £100k sales – OTE = £45k
- Year two - £200k sales – OTE = £60k
- Year three - £300k sales – OTE = £90k

You’re an experienced Trades & Labour recruiter who:
- Is a natural at building client relationships and has a proven track record of bringing in new business.
- Has a strong network in the construction industry and is ready to leverage it from day one.
- Is driven by targets, and understands that the devil is in the details.
- Possesses an unshakeable, "can-do" attitude and sees setbacks as a challenge, not a defeat.
- You can back up your experience with a stable track record with previous employers along with consistent & successful billings.
