This company works on one-off, architect-led, technically complex homes from listed buildings and conservation-area refurbishments to basements, structural alterations, and full townhouse transformations. The Role
- Take full commercial ownership of bespoke residential & heritage refurbishment projects
- Manage procurement of specialist subcontract packages (basements, structural, heritage trades, finishes)
- Run valuations, variations, CVRs, cost reporting & forecasting
- Work closely with Directors, Consultants & Site Teams on design-led schemes
- Support with tendering and early-stage cost planning
