I’m working directly with a contractor who is looking to appoint a QS for a £5m new build synagogue scheme in North West London.
This is a hands-on role within a smaller business delivering projects under a construction management procurement route, acting as Principal Contractor with their own site team managing package procurement and delivery on behalf of the client.
