I’m working with a leading Principle contractor on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join as a Permanent Manager on a £6m 2 Year Recladding Scheme.

This is a highly client-facing role, requiring someone comfortable managing:

  • Day-to-day site operations
  • Microsoft Project Programming - & Editing Program
  • Subcontractor coordination
  • H&S and programme management

They are looking for:

  • Proven Project Manager experience in Cladding Projects
  • Strong client-facing background
  • Good IT literacy - Tablet/Laptop use - Microsoft Office / MS Projects
  • Overseeing Site Management & Subcontractor Progress

Required tickets:

  • First Aid
