I’m working with a leading Principle contractor on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join as a Permanent Manager on a £6m 2 Year Recladding Scheme.
This is a highly client-facing role, requiring someone comfortable managing:
- Day-to-day site operations
- Microsoft Project Programming - & Editing Program
- Subcontractor coordination
- H&S and programme management
They are looking for:
- Proven Project Manager experience in Cladding Projects
- Strong client-facing background
- Good IT literacy - Tablet/Laptop use - Microsoft Office / MS Projects
- Overseeing Site Management & Subcontractor Progress
