The Role
- Managing design from pre-construction through to project completion
- Coordinating consultant teams and driving design programmes
- Reviewing technical information and ensuring buildability
- Managing planning, Building Regulations and statutory approvals
- Working closely with commercial, operational and site teams
- Identifying and managing technical risk throughout the project lifecycle
- Office-based in High Wycombe with site visits and flexibility to work from home
