Site Manager - Railway Arch Refurbishments – South Central London is a hands-on leadership role overseeing refurbishment works for railway arches just south of the Thames.
You will manage around six trades on £750k schemes, transforming arches into modern commercial units for food & beverage operators, while maintaining safety and schedule.
Works include groundworks, steelwork, curtain walling, arch lining, M&E, glazing and frontage upgrades.
