I’m working with a specialist contractor delivering super-prime residential projects up to £3m, looking for a Small Works Manager - essentially a step-up role into Contracts Management, overseeing two projects at a time. This isn’t aimed at a seasoned Contracts Manager; it’s much more likely to suit a Site Manager ready to step up, or someone with some multi-site exposure looking for more ownership.
You’ll be:
- Overseeing two live projects
- Supporting programming, procurement, and delivery
- Working with clients, architects, and site teams
- Keeping quality high and surprises to the manageable kind
The work is beautifully detailed, technically demanding, and occasionally influenced by ideas formed after a long weekend in Tuscany. High-end residential experience would be a big plus. Multi-site exposure helpful.
