The Candidate
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate longevity and experience working as a Site Manager across varied sectors, on projects up to £8m in value. The candidate will be responsible for full site operations, as well as managing client relationships.
The Project
The contractor operating in and around Hampshire is carrying out several flat re-roofing schemes, each with a contract value of around £600k.
Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- CSCS card (relevant to their position)
- SMSTS or equivalent is highly desirable
- First Aid certification
- A construction-related degree, HNC/HND, or NVQ Level 4 are highly desirable
- Enhanced DBS
- Sound understanding and experience in the application of safety legislation
