Senior Site Manager – Super-Prime Residential Basingstoke, Hampshire £Competitive + Package £10m Shell & Core | Potential £10m Fit-Out to follow Borne Resourcing are recruiting a Senior Site Manager for a leading high-end residential contractor on a major private residential project near Basingstoke. The initial phase is a circa £10m shell & core project (single dwelling) sat on a very large private country estate - with approximately 18 months to run. Discussions also underway regarding a further circa £10m high-end fit-out of the same property. This is a substantial, technically demanding project where quality, detailing and finish will be critical. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take a senior role in the day-to-day delivery of the project, with 1–2 Site Managers reporting into you. Key responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day construction activity on site Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades Driving works in line with programme and quality requirements Managing short-term programming, sequencing and logistics Maintaining high standards of health & safety Resolving technical and construction issues Working closely with the Project Manager, design team and consultants Managing and supporting the Site Managers beneath you Maintaining the exceptionally high standards expected on a super-prime residential project We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong construction background and a track record (some decent periods with companies) of delivering high-quality, technically challenging projects. Experience within one or more of the following would be particularly relevant: Super-prime / high-end residential Major private residences High-specification refurbishment Luxury hotels Complex shell & core construction You will need to be technically strong, organised, confident managing subcontractors and capable of maintaining very high standards of workmanship throughout the build.
