- Supporting projects from planning, pre-construction and design development through to completion
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders

- Mix of office, site and consultant meetings across West and South West London
- Supported by Project Managers, junior Design Managers and Document Controllers where applicable
What they're looking for
- Design Manager with ideally 5+ years' experience
- Degree-qualified background preferred
- Residential new build experience essential
- Experience on commercial-to-residential conversions would be beneficial
- Strong technical and coordination skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, organised and delivery-focused
The Business
- Established contractor delivering residential and mixed-use projects
- Schemes typically up to circa 150 units
- Strong pipeline of residential new build and conversion projects
