Graduate Trainee Construction Manager Location: Vauxhall / London Salary: from £30,000 (negotiable) + Travel Expenses Paid + 5% Pension Start Date: Immediate Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Holiday: 25 Days Annual Leave Contract Type: Full-Time (Site and Office Based) Role Overview: We are seeking a driven and hands-on Graduate Trainee Construction Manager, to join a dynamic, well-established, award-winning company operating at the cutting edge of Masonry. This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineering Graduate looking to kick start their career in the construction world. As a Graduate Trainee, you will rotate through a variety of roles to gain a full understanding of the company\’s operations, from pre-construction through to manufacturing and site management. With a clear pathway to managerial positions, you\’ll gain first-hand experience on live construction sites and within an office environment, working closely with Senior Project Managers and Tier 1 contractors. Our client is growing rapidly! With over 10 projects currently in pre-construction and more scheduled to begin next year. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone ready to contribute from day one. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a candidate who is ambitious and eager to learn, grow and develop. This is a great fit for a recent graduate who\’s keen to develop their technical and project management skills in a practical, collaborative environment.
