This company is one of the leading façade and drylining subcontractors in the South East, and they’re on the hunt for an Estimator who knows the ins and outs of internal and external packages.
Reporting to the Estimating Director, you’ll take ownership of tendering across a mix of façade, cladding and drylining schemes - supporting early-stage cost planning, reviewing drawings, sending out enquiries, chasing prices and pulling it all together with confidence.
The work: A mix of façade recladding, SFS, curtain walling, EWI and drylining packages across London and the South East. Clients include Tier 1 contractors and well-known developers. Package values range from £500k to £5m+.
